Redcliffe Labs offers services through the Website/app/Whatsapp/Call centre to assist customers/ users to get reliable diagnostic tests with exclusive health diagnostic packages.

The comprehensive health packages include a combination of customized diagnostic tests that the Company offers and customers/users are informed from time to time about the health packages by the information mentioned on the company website.

These diagnostic health packages also include home service (if available, at the nearest testing centre), wherein customers/users are provided with the home sample collection service. User may not be able to avail Services if their sample collection location is outside Redcliffe Labs current scope of Service. Redcliffe Labs will keep the user informed of the same at the time of confirming his/her booking.

When a user/customer places a request to avail test or Health Packages, a unique Booking ID is generated in the name of the Customer.

The Booking ID and other details related to diagnostic services are sent to the customer on their registered email-Id (If Provided), WhatsApp (if they opt-in) and via SMS on their registered mobile number.

Redcliffe Labs holds the right to make changes in the nature of services and offers mentioned in the Health packages. The changes will be notified to the users/ customers on the website. If user require any clarification with regard to information available in his/her booking, it is advised to contact the customer support team to get the resolution.

Users may not utilize the services for motives of examining accessibility, performance or functionality of Redcliffe Labs, or for any other standardized or competitive purposes.

The user is hereby given a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services exclusively for user’s personal non-commercial use and in agreement with the permitted Terms & Conditions provided herein. Without restriction to the preceding, in the event the user is expelled from undertaking lawfully binding requirements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or are for any reason, unable to offer ‘Consent’ as per the Information Technology (Reasonable safety practices and methods and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the user is not entitled to register for, use or utilize the services available on the Website/ App or any other channel.

Redcliffe Labs will offer the necessary support for the services at no additional cost, and/or advanced support, if bought separately, and will use commercially practical efforts to make the services accessible. Redcliffe Labs will offer the services only in compliance with pertinent applicable laws and government regulations.

Redcliffe Labs may, at its sole prudence, defer or restrict user’s ability to use or access the Website at any time without prior intimation. This may be done in the view of investigations for complaints or alleged violations of these Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason. Redcliffe Labs reserves all the rights to control profiles of diagnostic centers/ labs/ collection centres to make them more appropriate for Package navigations on the Website. If users find any incorrect data on the Website, they can contact Redcliffe at [email protected] instantly for such issues. Redcliffe Labs shall not be held responsible for any event in this regard.

Users shall be bound by these terms of use of this Contract. Any violation of the agreement Terms of Use gives the right to the Redcliffe Labs to take required action against the user.

Shipping and delivery of reports: In case of home sample collection, we provide e-reports on the registered mobile number via sms/ WhatsApp and registered email. In case, a user/customer opts for a hard copy of the report, then they need to pay additional Rs 150 per report for the courier of reports to their address. We assure users/ customers that we take all necessary measures to ensure the report gets delivered on time.

Sample collection and Report Generation at Redcliffe Labs Sample collection is scheduled based on the booking date of tests. Users can also reschedule the sample collection as per the available time and slot.

Users may experience delay in a scheduled sample collection due to uncertainties, any ongoing pandemic restrictions, political issues, rallies, lockdown, festive celebrations or weather conditions etc.

Any delay or cancellation will be timely informed to the user. Users need to keep a check on their messages and emails regularly for recent updates.

Post sample collection, reports are usually generated within 24-48 hours from the time the sample is sent to the labs for examination, however some tests shall have longer processing times and shall be informed to the user at the time of sample booking / collection. In some cases, there are chances that users may experience delay in test results. Users hereby agree to bear the delay that they may have to experience due to longer processing times or unseen circumstances

Offers and Coupon Code In addition to the T&Cs, coupon redemption is subject to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by Redcliffe Labss. Coupons are issued on behalf of respective retailers. Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by the You as a result of using the coupon is not the responsibility of Redcliffe Labs and its affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, employees. It is advised to read the detailed terms & condition of respective coupon in detail before using it on Redcliffe labs website. This term supersedes any offer related to any other Redcliffe Labs Service.

Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants/ user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants/ user must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.

Each claimant/ user is entitled to one coupon per Booking ID. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Redcliffe Labs.

Each coupon is identified by a code and has different rewards/discount value. The claimant/user can apply the coupon during booking whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon.

To redeem the coupon code, the claimant/user enters the coupon code into the promotional box during booking on website/app/other relevant channel wherever coupon is applicable and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the booking value. If the claimant/user fails to enter the coupon code at the time of booking as specified, the booking will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant’s/ user’s purchase/booking on the website/app/WhatsApp/call centre/ collection centre/ camp.

Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email/SMS/WhatsApp sent to the claimant/user by Redcliffe Labs.

Coupons are valid only for diagnostic services offered by the company.

Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Coupons are void if altered or duplicated.

Coupons cannot be replaced if emails/SMS/WhatsApp are deleted by the claimant.

A coupon cannot be applied to bookings previously placed with Redcliffe Labs.

Validity, Discount Amount, Cashback Amount, Minimum Booking Value & Redemption of coupon code (Web/App/Collection Centre, Call Center & Phlebotomist App) are subject to the terms & Conditions of the Specified Coupon Codes.

Coupon codes available on third-party websites/ apps/ digital platforms or other channels will be validated by the company whether legitimate or not. If the coupon is not valid or legit, the discount shall not be applied.

All coupon codes available on third-party websites/ apps/ digital platforms or other channels will have the same terms and conditions (TnC) as those of the company.

Some of the coupon codes can be specifically designed for particular user types i.e. new user, repeat/ existing user, and can be platform-specific, i.e., CRM, Website, WhatsApp, CC and App as well.

Coupon codes used in conjunction with VIP membership or any other offer will have an upper limit, which includes the VIP membership discount benefit. Hence, a user will get only the upper limit discount as the maximum discount.

If a coupon is used and an entire booking (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is cancelled at a later stage by the claimant, the coupon will no longer be valid.

Redcliffe Labs shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Redcliffe Labs accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. Redcliffe Labs assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. A 100% refund will be provided if all test parameters in the selected package are within the normal range as per medical reference values. Borderline cases will not be considered normal.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the report is generated.

The offer is valid per booking and cannot be clubbed with any other promotional discounts or coupons.

Decision regarding "normal" reports will be based strictly on lab-generated reference ranges and validated by Redcliffe Labs' pathologists.

Fee packages, Payments and Taxes The User agrees to do all the payments in regard to tests/package fees and other fees pertinent to User’s access to Services and the User shall not evade the fee structure. The fee is reliant on the Package that User buys and not on authentic usage of the Services.

Each User / member is solely accountable for payment of all taxes, lawful compliances, and statutory registrations and reporting. Redcliffe Labs in no way can be held responsible for any of the taxes levied except for its own income tax.

Users can pay the fees online through the facility available on the Redcliffe Labs Website/App. Redcliffe Labs is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to User during the process of making online payment as the third party payment merchants or apps are beyond the control of Redcliffe Labs. Users can also choose to pay the fees offline during sample collection.

All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Redcliffe Labs holds all the rights to change the fee structure/ test price by updating the fee structure on the Website which one can consider as valid and agreed communication.

In order to process the payments, Redcliffe Labs might need credentials of User’s bank account, credit or debit card number, etc.

Redcliffe Labs shall not be held responsible for any offers or coupons provided by third-party payment gateways or partners. All offers and coupons offered by third-party payment gateways or partners are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

All tests by Redcliffe Labs ("Company") must be booked through authorised channels only, and payments should be made only in the manner specified by the Company at the time of booking. The Company is not liable for any losses arising from bookings made through unauthorised channels or payments to personal accounts, including those not suggested or confirmed at the time of booking.

Money Back Policy Customer satisfaction remains our primary objective. Thus, we leave no stone unturned when providing the expected services to our customers. The Company will refund the money within 72 hours of the complaint being raised if it gets validated as per the process mentioned below:

If your doctor is unsatisfied with the correctness of tests or reports, you may raise a complaint by emailing us on [email protected] with booking ID and doctor details. Doctor details shall include name of the doctor (must be a registered medical practitioner), clinic/ hospital name, specialization, Date of consultation/ visit, Doctor prescription mentioning report remarks, Doctor’s Contact Number. The prescription must have doctor’s registration number and it should be signed and stamped.

To ensure the accuracy of your results, we will conduct the processing on the fresh sample which will be taken either on the day of the complaint or the next day as per your convenience and working operational hours. We'll also run the sample in our lab and in two independent different NABL-certified labs to validate the findings.

If our report indicates inaccuracies, we are committed to offering you a 100% refund. However, if our results align within a variation of 10% to 15% compared to the other reports—attributable to differences in machinery or methodology—regrettably, you won't qualify for a refund.

All complaints must be made within a 3-day period from the test report date.

This is applicable only for pathology tests and does not include radiology tests.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer to your personal bank account.

Our quality team reserves the right to make the final decision.

In no event shall Redcliffe, its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to the customer, or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Redcliffe’s entire liability to you under these terms & conditions or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you for testing, under which the unlikely liability arises.

Cancellation & Refund Policy This policy is made to ensure proper transparency between the Customer & Company.

Any Customer desirous of making a refund request need to follow the guideline as have been laid down in this document.

In the event a booking is cancelled by the customer subsequent to a successful payment, Redcliffe Labs shall be entitled to deduct applicable payment gateway or transaction processing charges incurred during the course of the original payment transaction. Such charges are levied by independent third-party payment service providers and are non-refundable in nature. The balance amount remaining after such deduction shall be refunded to the customer in accordance with the refund timelines stipulated under this Policy.

Cancellation by the Company In case of Cancellation or Non-confirmation of booking by Redcliffe Labs for any reason, including but not limited to non-availability of the technical or human resources, the Customer shall have the option to either re-schedule the test or to request for refund in which case, the complete refund shall be issued to the Customer as per the terms.

Cancellation By the Customer In the event that a customer wishes to cancel any test(s) ordered from the Company, they may do so by calling on support number or by cancelling on website/ app before the phlebo is assigned.. To initiate a refund, the customer must provide written request/notice to the Company via email/whatsapp or verbal request over the support call. Refund request can be made by writing to the Company at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request: [Booking ID]” or calling @ 898 898 0606.

The Customer shall provide the following information:

Name of the Customer

Contact Number

Bank Account Number and IFSC Code

The Refund shall be initiated by the Company after reasonable validation of the information received by the Company After the company completes the validation process, an SMS will be sent to the customer containing a link to update their account details. The process of validation can take upto 72 business hours. The refund will be processed upon successful verification of the details updated via the provided link. If the user does not complete the necessary details, Redcliffe Labs cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the refunds.

Partial Cancellation & Refund Terms When a customer books for multiple individuals or selects a bundled package and subsequently reduces the number of people or removes certain tests/packages, the applicable refund will be adjusted based on the revised order value. Applicability If the customer initially booked services for multiple individuals and later reduces the number of persons availing the service.

If the customer removes or modifies tests/packages from the original booking.

Refund Adjustment Discounts and promotional offers are typically applied based on the total cart value at the time of booking, and not solely on the number of individuals or tests/packages. These discounts may vary from time to time. For instance, a discount might be offered for bookings exceeding a cart value of Rs. 5,000/-. If the customer later modifies or partially cancels the order, resulting in a reduced cart value that no longer qualifies for the original discount, the discount will be withdrawn and the refund amount will be recalculated accordingly.

Example: If a customer initially paid Rs. 5,600/- for two individuals (i.e., Rs. 2,800/- per person under a promotional discount applicable on orders above Rs. 5,000/-, with the standard per person rate being Rs.3,000/-), and later cancels for one person bringing the revised order value below the Rs. 5,000/- threshold, the promotional discount would no longer be applicable. In such cases, the standard rate of Rs. 3,000/- for a single person will apply, and the applicable refund amount will be Rs. 2,600/- (i.e., Rs. 5,600/- paid minus Rs. 3,000/- for the service availed by one person).

Refunds in such cases will always be based on the actual number of people and services availed, and the applicable standard pricing at the time of booking. Any discounts extended for higher cart value, bundled packages, or additional members will be reversed if the revised order no longer meets the qualifying criteria.

Refund The Company, on receiving a valid request, shall initiate the refund process and the Customer shall receive the amount within 5-7 days from the date of refund intimation (This would be valid for the refund getting processed offline). This is subject to any clearance where 3rd party payment aggregators are involved, in which case, the payment shall be refunded back within 15 days. No refund request shall be entertained after 10 days of sample collection. Disclaimer Redcliffe Labs shall not be responsible in any way for any hassle or loss caused to the user because of rescheduling or cancellation of the booking. Further Redcliffe Labs reserves the right to reject service at any time without offering any reasons.

The Customer needs to validate any deficiency in the services offered by the Company to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company and provide cogent documentary evidence in support of the same.

For any report comparison beyond 3 days will not be considered. The third-party reports or doctor Consultation submitted to be rebut the report shall be dated either 3 days before or after the reports issued by the Company.

Customer understands and acknowledges that the decision taken by the Company in regard to this Refund Policy or any matter hereunder shall be final.

The Company reserves the right to continue or discontinue any offers and promotions on the services provided at any time.

The Company reserves the right to deduct processing charges from the refunded amount to cover the costs incurred during the refund process. These charges are imposed to cover administrative, logistics and transactional expenses associated with processing refunds and are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued if the required supporting documents, such as ultrasound reports or clinical history (where applicable), are not provided within 48 hours of the company’s request.

By placing an order for a test with the Company, the Customer agrees to this Refund policy and acknowledges that failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth may result in the forfeiture of their refund.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund policy at any time without prior notice to customers. The same shall be updated from time to time on the Company's website.

Indemnification Users hereby agree to preserve, indemnify and hold the Company and keep the Company and its associates and each of their respective officers, clients, directors, employees, agents, or representatives harmless from and against all third party activities, proceedings, claims, liabilities (including legal liabilities), penalties, demands and pricing (including without limitation, permissible costs on a solicitor/attorney and own client basis), damages, losses and/or expenses however taking place out of or resulting from: Your use of the Website or the Services and violation of any of the Terms and Conditions by You; or

any claim or proceeding brought in by a third party against the Company because of the Infringement by users of any intellectual property rights of that third party.

Confidentiality For the Company’s Terms of Use, “Confidential Information” refers to all non-public data revealed by a Party or its employees, clients, or contractors (cooperatively, the “Disclosing Party”) to the other Party, its associates its employees, clients, or contractors (cooperatively, the “Receiving Party”) that is elected as confidential or that, provided the nature of the data or the circumstances surrounding its disclosure, practices should be referred to as confidential. Confidential Information includes concerning Company, non-public information associated with the Company’s technology, procedures, processes, customers, business proceedings and operating processes, promotional and marketing activities, finances, and other business events, etc. and about the users, the personal information disclosed by Users while booking and the information relating to User’s Account, username or password, and User’s test report(s). The Receiving Party will, always preserve, and cause its agents, clients, employees, contractors, and associates to preserve the confidentiality of all Confidential Information. I / We understand that we shall look at our own legal opinion/ guidance before opting for any particular services from the Company.

I/ we understand that 'Company' has zero-tolerance for unethical practices including but not limited to 'Gender Selection' and any violation of the laws of the land, I/we shall be solely liable and responsible.

I hereby authorize and give my consent to the Company to send me, either through itself or through any third party service provider, from time to time various information / sms / email / alerts / Whatsapp / notification / other messages or calls or commercial communication, and other services on my telephone or mobile numbers given by me to the Company whether these numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry / listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. Eligibility:The Express Slot Charge is applicable only for health test bookings made within the specified 2-hour window. This service is subject to availability and may not be always available or at all locations or for all types of health tests. Express Slot Availability:The availability of express slots for urgent health test bookings may vary depending on factors such as test type, laboratory capacity, phlebo availability and operational constraints. We strive to accommodate as many urgent requests as possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Express Slot Charge Amount (Rs 150):The specific amount for the Express Slot Charge will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of booking. RedCash Programme Terms and Conditions

1. The RedCash Programme was a customer loyalty programme introduced by Redcliffe Labs under which eligible customers were awarded promotional cashback credits (“RedCash”) for booking health tests with Redcliffe Labs.

2. Under the RedCash Programme, customers were previously eligible to receive RedCash on bookings made through Redcliffe Labs’ platforms, subject to the applicable terms prevailing at the time of issuance.

3. The RedCash Programme is no longer active for the purpose of earning or crediting new RedCash, and no new RedCash shall be issued or accrued on any booking made.

4. Customers who have already earned RedCash prior to discontinuation of accrual may continue to redeem such existing RedCash, subject to the terms set out herein.

5. Redemption of existing RedCash shall be limited to a maximum of 5% of the actual booking amount per booking, subject to the availability of sufficient RedCash balance in the customer’s account.

6. RedCash may be redeemed only once per booking and shall not, in any case, exceed the redemption cap specified above.

7. RedCash can be redeemed exclusively for booking health tests with Redcliffe Labs and shall not be transferable, encashable, or redeemable for any other goods or services.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to and accept the following T&C.

How It Works:

The value amount of the Gift Card will be equivalent to the Indian Rupees in a 1:1 ratio, i.e., for example, a Gift Card with 1,000 points shall be worth INR 1,000 (Indian Rupee One Thousand Only) which shall be redeemable as follows.

The Gift Card can only be redeemed for services provided on the Redcliffe Labs’ website i.e., www.redcliffelabs.com as well as its mobile application. Such Gift Cards shall not be redeemable at any Redcliffe Labs’ Collection Centers. No charge or fee shall be charged against the redemption of such Gift Cards.

The value amount of the Gift Card can be used for multiple orders or bookings subject to the remaining balance in the Gift Card. If the total transaction value exceeds the cumulative value of the Gift Cards being redeemed, the remaining amount shall be payable by the User, only post which the Gift Cards shall be redeemable.

Multiple Gift Cards can be used in one transaction.

The Gift Card can be combined with other offers available at the time of booking.

The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary or equivalent compensation.

Any remaining balance on the Gift Card shall be forfeited after the expiry date.

Limitations:

Gift cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, shall expire 12 (twelve) months from the date of issuance of such gift cards. Such Gift Cards cannot be renewed.

Gift cards may only be purchased in the denomination or limits as Redcliffe Labs may determine.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, or any other form of monetary value.

Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable laws, the balance amount in your Gift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances.

Unused Gift Card balance amounts shall not be transferred to another user's account.

No interest shall be payable by Redcliffe Labs on any Gift Card or balance therein.

Redcliffe Labs shall not be responsible to the extent of use of such Gift Cards where a Gift Card has been purchased by one party for the use or gift to the other party.

It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to mention the details of the user which shall not be limited to the personal details and email ID of the user.

It shall be the liability of the user not to misuse the Gift Card.

Fraud:

Redcliffe Labs shall not be responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without the user’s permission. Redcliffe Labs will have the right to close the customer’s account and take payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed and/or used to make a booking on www.redcliffelabs.com. Users are advised to immediately report any such lost, stolen, or destroyed Gift Cards at [email protected]

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You the user and Redcliffe Labs each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. You agree to indemnify Redcliffe Labs for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these T&Cs.

General Terms:

Redcliffe Labs reserves the right to change the T&Cs from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice to you. All such T&Cs are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability:

Neither Redcliffe Labs or their respective affiliates make any warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, and disclaims any warranty to the fullest extent available. This includes, without limitation, no expressed or implied warranty if a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and Redcliffe Labs sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card to the verified remaining balance of such Gift Card. Redcliffe Labs shall bear no liability for the replacement of any Gift Card for any reason whatsoever.

Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Redcliffe Labs, their affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Gift Card and the breach of the T&Cs herein.

Trademarks:

You the user may not use the trademarks, logos, service marks or other proprietary designations of Redcliffe Labs or their partners or affiliates without obtaining prior written consent.

Referral Programme Redcliffe Labs’ Referral Program is a simple way to earn rewards while sharing the benefits of quality diagnostics with friends and family. As a registered user, you’ll receive a unique referral code to share with others. and when they book and complete their sample collection, you'll earn Rs. 100. The referred customer gets Rs. 100 off their first booking. You can use your earned rewards as discounts for future bookings. Start referring and enjoy the benefits!

1. Eligibility Referrers must be registered users of Redcliffe Labs.

The referee must be a first-time user who has not made any prior bookings with Redcliffe Labs.

The referral balance and reward are valid only for successful bookings where the sample collection is completed, and reports are sent to the referee.

The referral coupon code applies to the app only.

2. Referral Code Each referrer will receive a unique referral code that can be shared with multiple people.

One referral code (Referral coupon) is applicable once every new user (referral)

The referee must use the referral code while making their first booking to avail of the Rs. 100 discount.

3. Referral Rewards Referrers will earn Rs. 100 for every successful referral, credited upon successful sample collection of the referee.

Referral rewards can be used as balance during the referrer's future bookings.

If the referee cancels their booking, the reward will not be credited.

4. Cancellation Policy If the referred customer cancels their booking, neither the discount nor the referral reward will apply.

5. Program Restrictions Referral codes cannot be used by returning users with existing booking history.

The Rs. 100 balance is only applicable to the referred customer’s first booking.

In the case of cancellation, Referral Balances can only be transferred back to the original referral account.

6. Communication Referees will be notified of successful referrals via WhatsApp or other communication channels.

7. Changes to the Program Redcliffe Labs reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. Dispute Resolution In case of any disputes, the decision of Redcliffe Labs shall be final and binding.

9. Support For any issues or queries related to the referral program, users can contact Redcliffe Labs’ customer support through the app or by calling the provided helpline.

Misuse and/or fraud Any misuse of Rewards or any other features, benefits and services provided to you as a Referee, is prohibited and will cause your enrolment to this program to be cancelled with immediate effect unless we decide otherwise. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activities; Giving misleading information to us, and/or any representatives of ours and/or our Redcliffe Referral Program; Refusing to follow instructions given by us and/or our representatives in order to audit your Redcliffe Referral Program. We have the right to investigate your Redcliffe Referral Program account. You will be notified if any investigation requires additional information and you will have 14 days to provide the information requested. During any investigation, you may not be able to use your Redcliffe Referral Program account and/or accumulated Red Cash for any redemptions for Rewards.

We may choose to take legal action against any Member whom we find to be in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

“Book Test in 1 Minute” is an offering by Redcliffe Lifetech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” ). You can access the offering either by accessing the ‘Redcliffe Labs’ tab on the Platform ( www.redcliffelabs.com) or by directly contacting us at our designated phone numbers displayed on our website or marketing collateral or touchpoints between 9 AM - 8 PM on any day of the week other than on public holidays. The Company is registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at H. No. 55, 3rd Floor, Sector-63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India-201301.

For the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your” or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses or uses or avails or offers to avail any of our Services.

Please note that if you access the services of the Company hereinafter “Service” through a tab on www.redcliffelabs.com(the “Platform”), to the extent applicable and not conflicting with any of the specific terms and conditions contained in these terms, the provisions of the Platform shall apply including General terms, terms on Eligibility of Use, User Obligations, Usage Conduct, Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities, Indemnification and Limitation of Liability, Violation of Terms, Termination, Governing Law, General Provisions, Online Report Consultancy and User Account Password and Security.

Scope of Services:

The Company is providing the aforesaid offering through its online portal www.redcliffelabs.com, app and through its designated contact numbers as aforesaid available on this page.

The customer/ user has the option of booking for the services provided by the Company by clicking on the call and talking to our customer support executives or health advisors or they could fill up the form provided on the aforesaid website hyperlink of the Company. The Customer/ user would be redirected to a window where the Customer has to furnish the details such as name, age and/or city.

Upon furnishing the details, the Customer/user will receive a call from the assignee of the Company in a time duration not limited to 1minute as informed. The aforesaid call is subject to the duration required on receiving the Customer/user details by the assignee of Company through the online portal. Sometimes, due to the huge volume of calls to the call centre or technical glitch or network issue or server down issue or any other unforeseen glitch or issues , the time taken to connect with the customer might exceed by 1 minute.

The assignee representative of the Company shall then record the details of the services which is required by the Customer/ User and shall book an appointment on behalf of the Customer/ user for the aforesaid services.

Book test in 1-minute campaign highlights the accessibility of the platform in 1 minute where users/customers can start booking their tests or packages.

No Liability of Company:

Without prejudice to the information provided above, the Company and the Platform shall not be liable in any manner for and towards:

Any delay/ failure to record the details or confirm booking due to cellular traffic and loss of cellular connection.

Any unauthorized access to, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or data, pursuant to Your engagement with the Company, or

Any type of inconvenience suffered by the User due to a failure on part of data collected through the aforementioned hyperlink.

Any type of inconvenience suffered by the User due to late show-up, rescheduling, or cancellation of confirmed appointments, differences in the fee charged, inappropriate treatment and other allied difficulties, or

Any deficiency, inadequacy, unsuitability or negligence in the delivery and performance of the healthcare services by the Company

Any deficiency in services offered on the online portal; or

Any other incident that occurred in connection with the choice made by the User, based on the information available through our Services.

Any incorrect information that is supplied or provided to the Company by the User.

Personal Data:

The Company may collect some personal information, including sensitive personal data or information from the User for the purposes of providing facilitation services including scheduling appointments. This may include records of any such communications exchanged between the User and the assignee of the Company along with the data of the User/ Customer recorded on the online portal which shall be collected and stored in the Company or its affiliate’s servers, subject to the express consent of the User. The Company undertakes that all the information that the Company collect, receive, possess, store, use, deal, handle, transfer, retain and otherwise process is as per the Privacy Policy of the Company and is in compliance with the applicable data privacy laws.

AI Features AI-Enabled Tools Redcliffe Labs, in the course of providing diagnostic and healthcare-related services through its Platform, deploys Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) enabled tools for the limited purpose of enhancing user experience and supporting healthcare decision-making. The AI-enabled functionalities presently integrated within the Platform include, inter alia, the generation of simplified and easy-to-read summaries of diagnostic reports, the provision of test recommendations based on a user’s prior reports and health data, the comparison of current and past diagnostic reports (including reports issued by third-party laboratories) to highlight health trends, the creation of individualized health profiles based on symptoms, allergies, or medical conditions for the purpose of recommending appropriate tests and packages, and the summarization of customer support calls with suggested next best actions for support agents.

The aforesaid AI-enabled tools are intended solely to act as assistive and supplementary resources and are neither designed nor intended to substitute, replace, or override the independent medical judgment, expertise, and skill of qualified healthcare professionals. The outputs generated by such AI systems are algorithm-driven and are based on existing medical data, research, and statistical models, which are inherently subject to limitations, variability, and potential inaccuracies. Accordingly, Redcliffe Labs does not provide any representation, warranty, or guarantee, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or clinical applicability of the information generated by such AI tools. Users are strongly advised and cautioned that any reliance placed on AI-generated summaries, recommendations, or insights shall be at their sole discretion and risk, and that they must consult duly licensed healthcare professionals for any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Further, it is expressly clarified that the AI-enabled functionalities are not to be used in the event of any medical or psychiatric emergency, and in such circumstances users must immediately seek appropriate emergency medical assistance. By continuing to access or use the AI-enabled features of the Platform, the user acknowledges, affirms, and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the aforesaid disclaimers and limitations, and that Redcliffe Labs shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any decision, action, or omission made on the basis of the information or outcomes derived from the AI-enabled tools.
